Rabodi (Sirawadi)

Rabodi, also known as Sirawadi, is a traditional Rajasthani sun-dried delicacy. It can be prepared using either gram flour (besan) or bajra (pearl millet) flour — and this particular variety is made from Bajra Flour.

Prepared by mixing bajra flour with spiced buttermilk, the mixture is shaped into small pieces and naturally sun-dried to enhance flavor and ensure long shelf life. Bajra gives Rabodi a more earthy, rustic taste and a slightly coarse texture, making it especially rich and authentic.
