Refund Policy

1. Damaged or Defective Products

At Marwadi Rasoi, we care about product safety and customer satisfaction.

If you receive a product that is damaged, spilled, defective, or missing items, you are eligible for a Replacement or Refund.

 

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To approve a Refund or Replacement, customers must provide an unedited Unboxing Video.

Your video must clearly show:

• The sealed package before opening

• Complete box opening process

• All items being taken out

• Proof of damage or product issue

No Refund or Replacement will be processed without a valid unboxing video.

 

3. Refund / Replacement Request Time

• Customers must raise a request within 3 days of product delivery.

• Complaints made after 3 days will be rejected.

 

4. Replacement Eligibility

Replacement will be approved only if:

• Product is unused

• Original packing is available

• Unboxing video proof exists

• Damage is from delivery time, not usage

• Product is the same item we delivered

 

5. Refund Process

• Once approved, the refund amount will be credited to your Bank Account / UPI / Wallet within 3–7 business days.

• Refund will be processed using the same payment method used during purchase.

 

6. Non-Refundable / Non-Replaceable Situations

Refund or Replacement will not be provided if:

• No unboxing video provided

• Request submitted after 3 days

• Customer ordered the wrong product

• Product used/opened

• No physical damage

• Change of mind

• Taste or personal preference issues

 

7. Order Cancellation

• Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

• After dispatch, cancellation is not accepted.
