Ingredients

Pure Moong Dal (Split Green Gram) Saji / Khaar Water (Traditional alkaline water used in Rajasthani papad making) Black Pepper Asafoetida (Hing) Salt Edible Oil (small quantity for processing)

How To Make?

1) Roast (Recommended) Heat a tawa (flat pan) on medium flame. Place one papad on the hot tawa. Roast for a few seconds on both sides. Press lightly with a cloth/spatula for even roasting. Serve hot with chutney, pickle, or curd. ✅ Healthy option (no oil) 2) Fry (Crispy & Tasty) Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Slide one papad into hot oil. Fry for 5–10 seconds until it puffs up. Remove and place on tissue paper to absorb extra oil. Serve fresh and crispy. ✅ Best crunchy texture 3) Microwave Place papad on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave for 30–60 seconds (check in between). Turn once for even cooking. ✅ Quick & easy
